I am passionate about helping individuals build resilience, strengthen self-esteem, and work toward achieving their personal goals. A central focus of my work is supporting expecting, hopeful, and new parents as they navigate both the beauty and the challenges that come with parenthood. I also have experience working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, OCD symptoms, relationship challenges, and ADHD. As a parent of a neurodivergent child myself, I have a deep appreciation for the complex and often unexpected journey that can come with this role, and I find meaningful purpose in supporting others as they navigate it.
