I primarily work with children, adolescents and young adults experiencing anxiety, mood disorders, perfectionism and life transitions. I particularly enjoy working with members of the LGBTQ+ population and those who have ADHD. I have 6+ years of professional experience working with those experiencing crisis, including clients struggling with suicidal ideation, self harm, and family and relational conflict. I also have previous experience working with chronic pain and illness. Due to my age (29) teens and young adults tend to click well with me.
