I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor who specializes in working with adults, and older adults, with a particular focus on geriatric mental health. I address a range of concerns including ADHD, substance use concerns, adjustment disorders, anxiety, depression, grief, panic attacks, and life transitions. I am especially attentive to the unique emotional, cognitive, and life-stage challenges that can arise later in life, including loss, identity changes, and adjustment to aging.
