You wake up crabby, call yourself lazy even though you are trying hard, and feel behind everyone else. Anxiety, depression, or a major life change have drained your motivation, and you are tired of feeling this way. Part of you wonders if anything can really change. I work with adults 25 and older who feel stuck like this. Before I offer any direction, I want to understand your story and what is really going on for you. From there, we figure out together what helps you feel more like yourself. You do not need to have it all sorted out to begin therapy, and you will not be doing it alone.
