I see people within the context of how they interact with their primary system, family, friends and other relational systems throughout their lifespan. This approach is enlightening to the client and it provides understanding of how they operate in their significant relationships My professional training includes Bowen Family Systems, Narrative Therapy and Couples Therapy (Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Levels 1&2), CBT.
