My goal is to make anyone coping with grief feel seen and normalized. While grief cannot be fixed, I aim to be a supportive companion, helping to soften the intensity of loss. As a trained EMDR therapist, I help clients gently process difficult experiences that may be impacting how they feel today. Clients often seek EMDR to reduce anxiety, heal from past experiences, and feel more grounded in their lives.
