Hi, I'm Kristen. I'm genuinely glad you found your way here. I work with individuals (ages 10+), families, and couples. Many clients come in with concerns around ADHD, anxiety, depression, parenting, relationship stress, and identity. I have a special passion for working with parents who feel overwhelmed or disconnected from their own needs. As a parent myself, I know how hard it can be to hold so much for others while still trying to care for yourself.
