I greatly enjoy working with clients in all walks of life. I have a particular passion for and experience working with older adolescents (15+), young adults and women. My goal is to work with each individual to empower them to live a life that is authentic to their values and beliefs, which is essential to creating balance and peace in their life. I work with clients who are dealing with anxiety, depression, low self-worth, conflict with others, post-traumatic stress and life transitions. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an eye movement therapy to resolve trauma in an efficient and non-invasive manner.
