With a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology, and experience in diverse clinical settings, I am well-versed in applying therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to name just a few. My commitment to creating a safe and emphathetic space allows clients to explore and overcome challenges. I am also a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor and can work with clients that are looking to instill healthier coping skills.
