My primary specializations are the treatment of anxiety disorders, and performing evaluations and testing for a variety of issues. I enjoy working with families and individuals both and have extensive experience with group therapy. I also do coaching for professional as well as personal issues. I have locations in Lisle IL and Joliet, IL. My work with anxiety is through effective, non-medical interventions based on developing skills for dealing with emotional experiences. I utilize homework, reading and skill development to accelerate the client's progress and assist them in feeling better sooner.
