I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and an EMDR Certified therapist and use a strengths-based approach to therapy. I believe that the healing power of an empathic relationship provides a safe space for an individual to safely explore their values and the ways in which they make meaning out of their experiences and interact with the world. It is within this exploration that individuals can begin to dislodge from stuck patterns and make choices that are in line with their values so they can live out their life in an intentional way.
