There are moments in life that can make us feel overwhelmed, lost, discouraged, and even numb. Living in survival mode leads to burnout, cognitive decline, and physical health issues. You being here right now is a step towards shifting out of survival mode. I aim to create a warm, safe, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel free to be their authentic selves. My goal is to help individuals gain autonomy while equipping them with tools to better feel, understand, and manage their emotions. I strive to meet my clients where they are and work collaboratively with them on their journey toward healing and growth.
