Therapy provides a safe space to sort through life's problems, receive support and empathy, and ultimately learn how to change to create more peace in your life. By the time we are teens, young adults, or more experienced adults, we can find ourselves stuck in certain thought or behavior patterns that are starting to be problematic. It's hard to notice the pattern and even harder to learn to break it and try something new. I take incredible joy in working with people to shed light on what's keeping them stuck and then moving towards more freedom and flexibility in life.
