I believe deeply in creating a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can feel safe to explore your story, process your experiences, and reflect on who you are. I work collaboratively with my clients – we're a team. My focus is with emerging adults, adults, and couples. I address areas such as anxiety, life transitions, postpartum depression and anxiety, identity work, depression, trauma, women's issues, eating disorders, body image, and self-esteem. I value being my authentic self and focus on integrating empathetic listening, and humor into my treatment process.
